The South Downs

Four Acres sits beneath one of the most attractive escarpments on the beautiful South Downs. A footpath runs up the side of the garden directly onto the side of the hills owned by the National Trust, with 'right to roam' over much of the adjacent downland and easy access onto the South Downs Way National Trail. We could not be better placed for walkers and cyclists exploring this gorgeous corner of South-east England and Sussex.

Although set in an oasis of calm, 'Four Acres' is very convenient for access to major attractions such as Hickstead All England Showjumping Course (10 minutes drive).
