Four Acres: Quality Bed and Breakfast accommodation under the Sussex Downs

Rooms

We can accommodate up to six people at any one time in a variety of combinations to suit most requirements. All rooms have a TV, DVD player, radio, hairdrier and facilities for making hot drinks. Wireless broadband internet access is available on request.

Room 1 is very large and comfortable, it has one double bed, one single bed, a sofa and en-suite facilities which include a 'wet-room' walk-in shower.

Room 2 is again very large, it has one double bed, one single and a sofa.

Room 3 can be booked for single or twin occupancy.

Rooms 2 and 3 share an adjoining luxuriously-sized bathroom which has a bath with shower over.

Tariff 2009

Rates are per room per night (including breakfast):

Room 1

  • Single, double or twin occupancy: £80
  • Triple occupancy: £100
  • Two adults plus child under 12 years: £90

Room 2

  • Single occupancy: £40
  • Double or Twin occupancy: £65
  • Triple occupancy: £100
  • Two adults plus child under 12 years: £90

Room 3

  • Single occupancy: £40
  • Twin occupancy: £65

We regret that we cannot accept payment by card, so it will be necessary to pay in cash or by cheque with a cheque guarantee card.

We would ask guests to arrive after 16:00 on the first day and to vacate rooms by 10:30 on the last day of their stay. Of course we will try to be flexible; please let us know in advance.
